Manufacturing process of PP melt blown filter element
2017-02-06
- The structure of the PP melt blown filter element (PP熔喷滤芯)is that the outer layer fiber is thick, the inner layer fiber is fine, the outer layer is loose, and the inner layer is closely connected with the gradually changing diameter and tight structure. The unique gradient deep bed filtration has formed the effect of three-dimensional filter residue, which has the characteristics of high porosity, high rejection rate, large pollutant discharge, large flow rate and low pressure drop.
Meltblown process is a non-woven extrusion process of polymer, preparation of filter material with ultra-fine filtering effect, polymer material slice meltblown are commonly used in polyester, polyamide, polyethylene, Teflon, polystyrene, PBT, EMA, EVA etc.. The olefin polymer material (such as polypropylene) has a higher degree of polymerization, so the heating temperature is higher than the melting point of 100 DEG C, and the melt temperature is slightly higher than that of the melting point. Olefin materials generally do not require drying.
