The activated carbon filter element is made of excellent fruit shell carbon and coal activated carbon as raw materials, supplemented by food-grade binders, using high-tech technology, processed by special technology, it integrates adsorption, filtration, interception and catalysis, which can effectively remove organic matter, residual chlorine and other radioactive substances in water, and has the effect of decolorization and odor removal. It is an ideal new replacement product in the liquid and air purification industry.   


Types: white-head sintered activated carbon filter element, black-head skeleton sintered activated carbon filter element, granular activated carbon UDF filter element.


Product Introduction


The activated carbon filter element is made by adding activated carbon particles to the binder and heating and sintering. The inner layer of the filter element is a polypropylene skeleton to strengthen the pressure resistance of the filter element. The skeleton is coated with two layers of polypropylene microfiber felt, which intercepts the liquid through the carbon core and carries out particles larger than 10 microns. The outer layer of the carbon core is coated with two layers of polypropylene microfiber felt, which can intercept particles larger than 10-20 microns in the liquid, so that the filter element has the dual functions of filtration and purification. The outer layer is made of white plastic mesh sleeve, which gives the filter element a complete appearance and a clean appearance. Both ends of the filter element are equipped with soft butadiene rubber end caps, so that the filter element has a good seal after being loaded into the filter cartridge. The finished activated carbon filter is tightly encapsulated with plastic film to prevent contamination of the filter element and keep the filter element in a fresh state at all times.   


The activated carbon filter element has a good adsorption effect, which can effectively remove residual chlorine, odor, color and organic matter in the water.


Features:


The activated carbon filter element is a deep structure, which has the dual functions of filtration and purification, and the filter element accuracy is 10 micron nominal filtration accuracy. There is no need to add filter aids or carbon treatment. Each activated carbon cartridge contains 160 grams of plant-based sulfur-free activated carbon particles. It is used for the purification of electroplating baths, because the filter element does not precipitate fibers or other substances, which makes the plating layer pinhole or brittle.
