Wirewound filter element is a kind of depth filter element, used for low viscosity, low impurity quality filtration, is made of textile fiber thread (polypropylene thread, absorbent cotton thread, etc.), according to a specific process tightly wound on the porous skeleton (polypropylene or stainless steel), with a honeycomb structure with sparse outside and dense inside, can effectively remove suspended solids, particles, rust and other impurities in the fluid, and has very excellent filtration characteristics.

1. High filtration accuracy, small differential pressure, large flow rate, large dirt holding capacity and long service life;

4. The polypropylene wirewound filter element can be used with non-organic solutions such as water, acid and alkali, chemical solution, etc., and the use temperature is ≤ 60 °C   


5. The middle rod of the absorbent cotton fiber filter element is made of stainless steel, which is used for organic solvents, water, oil, alkaline solutions, beverages, medicines, etc., and the use temperature is 120 °C.

8. Working temperature: polypropylene wire: polypropylene skeleton ≤ 60°C, stainless steel skeleton≤ 80°C. Absorbent cotton thread: stainless steel skeleton≤ 120°C.
